(a) Personal Identifiable Information (PII): We collect minimal personal details necessary to establish accounts, verify access, and secure licenses. This is limited to your email address provided voluntarily during user registration, which is handled securely via our identity provider partner (Supabase).

(b) Financial Billing Data: All credit card processing, payment profiles, and billing histories are processed directly by our merchant partner, Lemon Squeezy (a merchant of record). We do not store, view, or retain raw credit card numbers, expiration dates, or CVV security codes on our own server infrastructure.

(c) Technical Logging Data: When you utilize the Chrome Extension or access our backend systems, our infrastructure automatically logs non-identifying technical metadata. This includes your browser type, extension version parameters, operating system, truncated IP address (for security and geo-allocation), and transaction request logs required to execute credit deduction operations.

The Service relies on analyzing public marketing outputs displayed on third-party platform interfaces (such as YouTube).

• When you use the Service to inspect content or export CSV manifests, our extension parses publicly available video IDs, channel names, handles, video titles, descriptions, upload timestamps, and hyperlinked tracking URLs.
• This data is strictly non-personal and does not contain PII regarding you, your identity, or your private, unrelated browsing history. It is transmitted anonymously to our secure centralized repository to filter base advertising domains, flag recurring brand sponsors, and build market intelligence matrices.

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), our legal basis for collecting and using the information described above depends on the personal information concerned and the specific context in which we collect it. We deploy collected account records and technical parameters to:

• Establish your secure user profile node, verify JWT token signatures, and regulate remaining credit balances accurately.
• Process financial invoices and maintain accurate transaction logs via Lemon Squeezy.
• Route critical update packages and dynamic keyword configurations via our Over-The-Air (OTA) rule synchronization framework.
• Protect our infrastructure against malicious bot activities, account hijacking attempts, or API abuse.
• Aggregate fully anonymized third-party marketing metadata into structured B2B statistics, intelligence analytics reports, and public brand directories.

We do not sell, rent, trade, or lease your PII (such as your email address) to third-party data brokers or marketers. We share structural data context exclusively with verified secure infrastructure partners (sub-processors) required to maintain the SaaS pipeline:

• Supabase Inc.: Core database ledger and identity management layer.
• Lemon Squeezy: Financial ledger processing and customer portal token generation.
• Cloud Infrastructure Providers (Vercel / Render): Secure deployment servers managing API routing and storage.

We may disclose information if legally mandated to do so by a binding court order, subpoena, or regulatory authority holding proper jurisdictional mandate.
